How to Measure

• Underbust (band): run a soft tape right beneath the bust, along the band line. Level, close to the skin, never pulled.
• Bust: across the widest point of the chest, shoulders loose, wearing an unpadded bra or none at all.
• Your size: your underbust decides. If your bust fits two sizes, go with your underbust. Tolerance ±1 cm (0.4").

Does it actually do anything for posture?

It's a gentle reminder, not a brace. The straps cross at the back and you feel them when you start to slouch, but the bra won't hold you upright on its own. It isn't a medical device: if you have a back or shoulder condition, check with your doctor first.

How much support does it give?
